Whether you're after a coffee and a pastry, or want to try one of our well renowned sausage rolls, we've got you covered. 1976 Citroen HY
The van was rescued from disrepair by the previous owner around 5 years ago and lovingly restored both mechanically and superficially before being purchased by us at Kiki T's.Citroen ran the H-Type series of vans for 34 years from 1947 through 1981. Ours was registered in 1976, is a left hand drive and still fully operational!Finished in an eye catching yellow and with the fantastic French design from 1947, it makes a stunning backdrop for any event.
2017...
Lots of welding, rewiring, mechanical repairs, coffee machine installation and high specification catering refit took the van from this, to the mobile coffee and events catering van we have today.
The Coffee
Working with Roasted, a roastery and coffee merchant based in Henfield, West Sussex, and using their Fairtrade Blue Mountain blend, we create espresso and espresso-based milk and milk alternative coffees. The Blue Mountain blend is a medium roast which combines some of the best coffee beans South and Central America has to offer with the beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica. If a darker or lighter roast is your thing, let us know and we can also cater for your event in this way.We also provide a range of high-quality teas sourced by Novus, and an incredibly luxurious and tasty Van Houten hot chocolate. Chai and Turmeric options, from Henny and Joe's and Alchemy respectively, complete our hot drinks menu.
